My journey began in Holmdel Township, NJ. As a young Computer Science college student, I was presented with a remarkable opportunity by a local business owner of the esteemed Paragon Computer Professionals.
Paragon is where I discovered my passion for fostering meaningful relationships and cultivating high-performing technical teams. I honed my skills, adeptly identifying and connecting exceptional technologists with hiring managers in industry leading companies in the bustling NY/NJ markets.
After earning a reputation as an elite recruiter and attaining a Technology Management Masters from Stevens Institute, I joined forces with a colleague at his boutique staffing firm, Bon Consulting, launching a pivotal journey.
This partnership signified an invigorating new phase of growth for the Bridge Network. I spearheaded new business development and led recruiting efforts, guiding the company as it scaled new heights.
In 2012, I founded Bridge Technology Partners. Watching my father run his business as a child was my source of inspiration for embarking on this ultimate challenge.
